Editorial Policy
Source hierarchy
For health claims, we prioritize peer-reviewed human research, systematic reviews, government health agencies and major clinical institutions. We use seller pages for seller-controlled facts such as current package structure, listed ingredients and guarantee language.
Product claims
Claims from a merchant are labeled as merchant or brand claims unless independently supported. Ingredient research is not presented as proof of a finished product.
No fake firsthand experience
We do not say “we tried it” unless actual testing has occurred and the methods are disclosed. We do not invent ratings, review counts, testimonials or health outcomes.
Updates and corrections
Pricing, formulas and sales pages can change. Commercial pages are date-stamped and should be rechecked before major updates. When new research materially changes a conclusion, the relevant article should be revised rather than adding a duplicative page.
